How do I return my order?

Send me an e-mail with your order number and the list of the items you want to return

You will receive a confirmation email with shipping information as soon as your return is confirmed.
Which items can be returned?
You can return goods or exchange them for other goods within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

The goods must be in their original condition and, if applicable, in their packaging

The goods must not have any odours (cigarette smoke, pets or similar).
Who pays for return shipments?

This is a very small business and because of that i can't afford to cover for the shipping costs

As soon as we have received your return, I will credit the corresponding amount to your original form of payment within 14 days (please inform us of your bank account details if you have paid in advance).

For the same reason original shipping costs will not be refunded.
How soon will I get my refund?
